Hi! My name is Madalina and I am from Romania. Right now I am a student in IECP - Penn State University.

I graduated high school in 2006.  In the 7 years since that time, I have earned a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, worked full time as an accountant and high school teacher and immigrated to the U.S.  At 26, I feel that I have achieved a great wealth of experience but am still young enough to make the transition to the U.S. educational system.  It is my desire to start at the graduate to gain a greater comfort level and understanding of the system here.

In addition to teaching high school, I worked as an aerobics instructor which gave me an outlet that I really enjoyed.  In my spare time, I have always enjoyed physical activities such as roller blading, mountaineering, cycling, swimming and jogging.
